Treasury portfolio entities

Under section 81 of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022, we are required to list the entities with which we have agreements to perform Public Interest Disclosures functions on their behalf.

• the function of receiving voluntary public interest disclosures
• the function of dealing with voluntary public interest disclosures by investigating relevant serious wrongdoing
• the provision of training under section 48.
