Referral information
Adults with pension or concession cards and all children of school age can access our dental care services. Children may also be eligible for the Australian Government's Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), which is like Medicare, to help pay for dental care provided by any service provider.
Patients or carers need to contact the oral health call centre on 1800 679 336.
After answering a few questions about your dental needs and general health, patients are prioritised based on urgency. Patients may be offered early appointments for relief of pain or emergency care, otherwise they are placed on a wait list.
