Community housing rent policy

The Policy applies to all properties governed by the contractual agreement with a community housing provider (a Community Housing Assistance Agreement). Failure to use best endeavours to comply with any policy requirement is cause for review of an organisation’s registration status under the NSW Regulatory Framework and the National Regulatory System for Community Housing.
