Latest updates on the Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) program including delivering access to additional social and affordable homes across the state and meeting targets in regional NSW.
The Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) program has delivered access to 3,486 additional social and affordable homes across the state as at the end of 2024, with over 30% delivered in regional NSW.

SAHF providers report that 95% of dwellings delivered under the SAHF meet the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) guidelines – Silver standard.
