Attractive and well-connected communities in Arncliffe and Banksia, where people can live and work, and have good access to public transport, community facilities, open spaces, shops and cafes.

Burwood, Strathfield and Homebush

Preserving heritage architecture and creating access to open space, recreational facilities, restaurants, business and shopping districts.

Camellia-Rosehill

Bringing together new homes, jobs, industry and open space to create a clean, green and sustainable precinct for the 21st century.

Carter Street, Lidcombe

More homes, jobs, shops and cafes and better public spaces, with access to public transport, international sporting facilities and entertainment venues.

Cherrybrook Precinct

A leafy precinct that builds on the opportunities offered by the $8.3 billion Sydney Metro Northwest project.
