Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

Taxes can be levied on businesses by the Australian Government, as well as the NSW Government. For information about business activity statements (BAS) and goods and services tax (GST) see the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

Register for faster payment

Are you doing business with the NSW Government? Make sure you're registered for faster payments. Under the Faster Payment Terms Policy participating NSW Government agencies will pay registered small businesses within 20 business days. Goods and/or services valued under $10,000, can be paid instantly by credit card.
