Karen Price
Karen is currently the Deputy CEO of ACON, which is the peak body for LGBTQIA+ health in NSW. She has advisory experience and currently sits on the NSW LGBTQI+ health strategy board.

Karen has 25 years’ experience working in various senior Federal and State Government roles, and in the not-for-profit sector.
Her work has been focused in the health sector, where she has lead significant program areas including HIV and LGBTQ+ health, cancer screening and prevention, mental health, aged care, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
Karen has a strong track record in service innovation, policy development and implementation, and strategic partnerships. Karen sits on the NSW Cancer Plan Advisory Committee and the LGBTIQ+ Health Strategy Implementation Committee.
She has served on a number of governance boards across her career, and is currently the Deputy CEO of ACON, NSW’s leading community-based HIV prevention and LGBTQ+ health organisation.
