Belinda Cashman
Belinda is the Director of Aboriginal Health Strategy at the Western Sydney Local Health District.
Belinda is a proud Wiradjuri woman and mother of four who has been involved with Aboriginal communities across metropolitan Sydney as well as the Riverina area.
She is passionate about finding solutions to the challenges that women face both personally and professionally.
Belinda has previously worked in various organisations across Greater Western Sydney in government and non-government roles with a particular focus on strategic program management for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
She has been the Director Aboriginal Health at Western Sydney Local Health District since 2021 and is focused on making a positive impact within the health system.
Belinda is driven by strong women who have played pivotal roles in her life, inspiring her to pursue equality for all women. In particular, she wants to see Aboriginal women have a voice in achieving optimal outcomes for their communities.
