Warrain Beach is nestled along the South Coast of New South Wales. Stretching nearly ten kilometres from the laid-back village of Culburra Beach in the north to the rugged headlands near Currarong in the south, the beach offers a breathtaking blend of natural beauty and coastal charm. At the northern end is the Nowra-Culburra Beach Surf Lifesaving Club—a hub of activity during the summer holidays, where families gather and lifeguards kept a watchful eye. The waves near the mouth of Lake Wollumboola prove popular with surfers, their silhouettes dancing across the swell as the sun glints off the water. One of the highlights is Penguin Head, a rocky outcrop that not only offers excellent fishing spots but also panoramic views of the coastline. Further south, the Bull Hole Lookout and Hammerhead picnic areas become perfect rest stops.
