Join the Silver Jubilee celebration of the Tumbarumba Spring Flower Festival, a spectacular event that has brought joy and inspiration to the local community for 25 years.
This year’s festival promises to be the largest and most exciting yet, featuring 12 open gardens, including seven expansive country gardens, innovative new town gardens, a high school garden, and a charming garden managed by an octogenarian. Notably, five of these gardens are being opened to the public for the first time.
At the annual flower show, visitors can marvel at a stunning array of locally grown flowers, with fierce competition showcasing vibrant colours and flawless blooms. The sculpture and photography competitions, generously sponsored by Snowy Hydro and inspired by the Snowy Valley Sculpture Trail, will draw a diverse range of talent and are sure to impress.
The festival also includes photography exhibitions and a children’s colouring competition, offering something for all ages. Funds raised from garden entry fees will be donated to charities and local causes chosen by the garden hosts.
The Spring Flower Festival coincides with the Tumbarumba Tastebuds Festival, a celebration of the region’s exquisite local wines, creating a perfect blend of nature, art, and fine wine.
