Miles Island is a small sandy island in Wallis Lake, the sparkling jewel in the crown that consists of the Great Lakes region in the Barrington Coast.
It's a popular spot for island hopping by visitors and locals alike. The island is only accessible by boat or paddling across the Breckenridge Channel opposite Forster.
