If your pilot customer is a business, what is the size of the potential contract or number of individual users they represent? For a channel to customers, what is the reach in terms of number of potential customers or users?

Will they be able to provide specific feedback on your product to assist your product development?
 
How else are you going to get paying customers in the first 6-12 months? Tell us if you have any existing leads.
