Navigation warning
A sector light is a fixed aid to navigation that displays a light of different colours and/or rhythms over designated arcs. The colour of the light provides directional information to aid navigation of vessels. The safest bearing is 54.5o and is the centreline channel indicated by a white light. The light remains visible at day and night with a design range of 2.8 nautical miles.
Vessel operators are reminded to be extra vigilant and exercise caution when operating in the area.
This navigation warning remains in place until further notice.
