Coastal waters emergency sub plan

This sub plan sets out arrangements for dealing with marine oil or chemical spills in state waters. It also sets out arrangements for dealing with maritime incidents (such as groundings, collisions, disabled vessel or fire on a vessel) that could result in an oil or chemical spill.
