Health practitioner registration and accreditation (FA393)

Scope

This retention and disposal authority covers records of the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme for health practitioners. 

Note: Records created by NSW predecessor health practitioner registration agencies prior to the introduction of the National Scheme are not covered by this authority. Records created by predecessor agencies must be retained in accordance with instruments issued for the predecessor agency for the corresponding time period.
