Will there be Auslan interpreters for the event?
Yes they will be live at the event located on the stage.
There will also be tv screens at the front of the room.
Will there be a hearing loop available?
Yes. Let us know the type of hearing device you have in the registration form.
I can’t attend the event in person. Will this be live streamed?
Yes the event will be live streamed. You will need to register and a link will be provided a few days before the event.
I can’t attend the event on the day. Will this be recorded?
Yes we will be recording the event and you will be able to view this as many times as you like after the event. But you do need to register to receive the link.
Will I be able to bring my service animal?
Yes you can. Please provide details in the registration form.
I am blind/ low vision. How will I be able to get around the venue?
We will have plenty of volunteers all around the outside of the venue and inside the venue to assist you along the way.
I am a wheelchair user. Will there be accessible access to the venue and in the room?
Yes. There is wheelchair access across the venue and volunteers available to assist all guests.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Water will be provided during the program. Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available following the program. Please advise any dietary requirements in the registration form.
I am neurodivergent or have sensory sensitivities. Will there be a sensory or quiet space available?
Yes there will be a dedicated sensory space located at the venue. Future details and location will be advised.
Are there accessible parking spaces?
Yes there will be a limited number of dedicated wheelchair and accessible parking spaces available. You will be required to have an RTA issued mobility parking permit and provide that information in the registration form
Maximum vehicle height is 1.9 meters.
Will there be a live audio description for the event?
Yes there will be a live audio describer. Let us know in your registration form if you require those services.
I am not very good with technology. Will someone be at the event to help me?
Of course. We will have Ambassador volunteers to assist you at every step in the event.
Will there be a charging station for my power chair or motorised scooter?
Yes we will have an area available to charge your scooter and other devices and technology.
Will a sensory (touch) tour be provided earlier in the day?
Of course. We will be holding a tour at a time to be confirmed that day for those that wish to see the space prior to the event. Please make sure you advise us in the registration form.
Are there wheelchair accessible toilets amenities onsite?
Yes there are 2 static accessible toilets onsite, one static LH and one static RH.
And in addition to this we will be providing one portable wheelchair accessible toilet and one portable Changing Places toilet amenity.
Will there be live captioning?
There will be live captioning available on the day.
The live captioning will be displayed on screens throughout the venue.
A QR code will be provided to stream live captioning on your devices.
