The OneCX Program is transforming the way NSW Government agencies inform and connect with the people of NSW. By migrating agency websites to nsw.gov.au, the OneCX Program aims to make government services and information more accessible, inclusive and easy to use. This is why we carefully decide how and when we use PDFs on nsw.gov.au. A PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file type that keeps design and layout uniform across all devices. PDFs are useful for printed documents like brochures, policies, and reports. However, for online content on nsw.gov.au, PDFs aren’t the best choice.
