Net Zero Commission

What’s this about?

Provide your input to inform the Net Zero Commission’s work and advice.  

Your submission, along with evidence from other sources, will:

  • help shape our work plan
  • inform our policy recommendations
  • influence key outputs from the commission, including our next progress report.  

The progress report is the primary way we provide independent expert advice to NSW Government, to ensure we are on a clear path to net zero and adapting to a changing climate.

How to participate in this consultation   

1. Supporting resources  

Please read the consultation paper which outlines: 

  • an overview of the focus areas we invite your input into  
  • a preview of the questions we are asking.   

2. Start your online submission  

The online form is the main way to provide your feedback. To submit a response, you can either:  

  • answer 1 or more questions using the submission form 
  • upload a written response.

To support the consultation, we aim to engage the public in several ways. Take part in community engagement, participatory workshops, round tables and direct meetings with the commission.
