The partnership supports business owners with a referral program between a Service NSW Business Concierge at the Business Bureau and the programs, support and services available within Investment NSW.
More than 35 business owners across NSW have already taken part in the program, with professional services, retail trade and manufacturing the top industries referred so far.
Eligible business owners referred by a Business Concierge to Investment NSW can access investment, industry, innovation and export grants and programs.
Business owners can also receive free one-on-one guidance at every stage of their business from the Business Concierge service.
Business Concierges are available in every NSW local government area and can provide a range of free, personalised support services over the phone, in person or online, such as help applying for licences and permits as well as accessing financial support, mental health support and disaster and emergency assistance.
The Business Concierge service can also connect business owners with access to events, free online resources and tailored business advice from an independent advisor through the Service NSW Business Connect program.
