This policy stipulates which powers can be delegated (and to whom) and which powers cannot be delegated. To ensure Youth Justice NSW is executing the responsibilities under the Act and Regulation lawfully, all delegated responsibilities are stipulated in a formal ‘Instrument of Delegation’.
