Short Term Crisis Accommodation service specifications

The service specifications for the Short Term Crisis Accommodation Program set out the requirements for service providers to meet in the delivery of this program and the appropriate use of funding.

These service specifications stipulate requirements for the service provider regarding staffing, performance, service delivery (including accommodation and casework support), andprogram duration. 

Service providers are expected to deliver services in a culturally respectful way, working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and their families, as well as young people and their families from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
