As a tenant or former tenant of social housing, if you disagree with a housing decision you can ask for a review.
A review is a formal process that checks whether the right decision has been made.

Request a second level appeal
If you believe that the decision made after the review is still incorrect, you can ask for a second level appeal.
This is done by an independent body, the Housing Appeals Committee.
