Exchange contracts
Once you’ve exchanged or signed the relevant contracts and documents, you can apply by downloading and completing the forms below.

- Purchaser/Transferee Declaration form (individual) (PDF, 678.41 KB)
These are interactive forms with declaration tick boxes in place of statutory declaration.
For contracts exchanged between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2023 (inclusive), visit Revenue NSW to complete a different form. You will also need to confirm the property price threshold and residence requirement for the date you exchanged contracts, as they may have changed.
