What’s this about?

We propose to grant Hunter Anzac Memorial Limited (HAML) ACN 623 275 196 a licence of the premises known as Long Tan Place House, which is located near the corner of Long Tan Place and Scheyville Road within Scheyville National Park.

The proposed licence area will include Long Tan Place House and the surrounding yard area.

The licence will enable HAML to undertake works to refurbish the licence area prior to use as an office and/or caretaker accommodation, to support its public museum and military members shed operations within Scheyville Camp precinct.

The proposed licence is for an initial term of 10-years with 2 options to extend for 5-years, totalling a potential 20-year term.
