Draft Saving our Species Program
What’s this about?
There are 72 draft conservation strategies available for public comment. Each conservation strategy details the critical sites or priority areas for the entity, critical threats, and management actions to address those threats.
A further 76 species dependent on conservation efforts outside NSW (as less than 10% of their range occurs in the state) have been given a statement to this effect.
This public consultation period provides an important opportunity for community members to have your say in the management of threatened species in NSW.
