7–10 draft syllabuses
NSW Education Standards Authority is seeking your feedback on the draft syllabuses as part of the NSW Curriculum Reform.

What’s this about?
NESA has released new 7–10 draft syllabuses for public consultation.
All stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the following draft syllabuses:
- Digital Graphics Technology 7–10 (including Graphics Technology and Multimedia Technology courses)
- Food Technology 7–10
- Geography Elective 7–10
- History Elective 7–10
- Physical Activity and Sports Science 7–10 (previously known as Physical Activity and Sports Studies 7–10)
- Photographic and Digital Media 7–10
- Textiles Technology 7–10
- Visual and Motion Design 7–10 (previously known as Visual Design 7–10)
The draft syllabuses clearly link to the NSW Curriculum Reform priorities and will:
- Identify essential facts, concepts and principles.
- Specify what students are expected to know, understand and be able to do.
