Wollondilly Footpath and Shared Path Project

About the Project

The Wollondilly Footpath and Shared Path Project will provide safer and more accessible pedestrian and cycling routes across six communities within the Wollondilly Shire Council LGA. The project will construct new footpaths, shared pathway and supporting kerb and drainage infrastructure, promoting healthier active transport and more connected communities.

Project Scope

Menangle:

Construction of a shared footpath and kerb ramp on Mengangle Road.
Construction of a footpath, kerb ramp, kerb and gutter, drainage, and vehicular layback on Riversford Close.

Douglas Park:

Construction of a footpath and kerb ramp on Camden Road.
Construction of a footpath, kerb and gutter, new vehicular pavement, kerb ramp, drainage headwall outlet, drainage line, and drainage pits on Hopson Street.

Appin:

Construction of a shared footpath and kerb ramp on Rixon Road.

Wilton:

Construction of a footpath, kerb ramp, kerb and gutter, drainage line, and drainage pits on Fitzroy Street.

The Oaks:

Construction of a shared footpath and kerb ramp on Macintosh Street.

Buxton:

Construction of a footpath, kerb ramp, kerb and gutter, drainage line, drainage pits, new vehicular layback, and drainage headwall outlet on West Parade.
