Youth Empowerment Hub - Lowana

About the Project

The Youth Empowerment Hub (YEH) upgrade project involves the construction of purpose-built facilities for the facilities at Lowana (Penrith). The proposed building will include: community rooms, demonstration kitchen for cooking classes, recreation area, study rooms, craft room, sitting rooms for one-to-one mentoring, library, quiet room, outdoor landscaped area. The Centre will also include a lift, ramps and accessibility amenities. The current premises do not provide all of these facilities and are inadequate for the growing needs of the area.
