About the Project

The Nursery Upgrade and Cumberland Plain Improvement Project will be upgraded to increase plant production to support new and existing programs to green our city, enabling Council and Government initiatives to offer more environmental programs and community events. The upgrade will include the construction of more growing areas, improved drainage, hardstand areas and water recycle system.

Project scope:

The Nursery Upgrade and Cumberland Plain Improvement Project will deliver:

  • Growing areas 
  • Hardstand Roofing 
  • Recycled water system including storage tanks 
  • Irrigation, pumps, fittings and fixtures 
  • Drainage Upgrade existing greenhouse capacity 
  • Surveillance camera network
