About the Project

The City Park Urban Retreat Project delivers a new green heart in the Penrith city centre to attract more people into the CBD while stimulating the day and night-time economy and local business. The 7,000 square metre, green space features gardens, water features, public art and natural shade for locals, workers and visitors to unwind, connect and enjoy the outdoors.
