About the Project

The Carter Street Precinct Community Centre Project delivers a functional community space to provide for existing and incoming residents within a newly-established, high-density community. The facility meets community needs with flexible and bookable multipurpose spaces that support a range of community programs, activities and events and enhance social and cultural connections. 

Project Scope

The project delivers:

• Fit-out of the 1,017m² space
• A function room to accommodate 150 people
• A music/meeting room
• Storage room
• Commercial grade kitchen
• 80m² bathroom area
• One quiet and co-working area with approximately 15-20 desks
• Internal ramp for accessibility
