About the Project

The Hawkesbury District Community Scout Hall Project provides a new purpose-built Scout Hall with accessibility upgrades and improved recreation space for community groups. Plans for the new facility include new and exciting youth programs not available in the local area including indoor climbing and other adventure activities. 

Project Scope

The project features:

  • A new auditorium building that will include an open hall of 160m2
  • A new amenities to service the camping area along with provision for outdoor activities such as low ropes course, orienteering and camping skills.
  • Reconstruction of the front car parking area for parking of 20 cars and a drop-off area.
  • Landscaping, lighting, tree planting
