Redevelopment of St Paul's Community Centre

About the Project

The Redevelopment of St Paul's Community Centre will develop the property into a more inclusive, inviting space for the wider community. It involves modifying two existing community halls into larger, multi-purpose community centres including landscaped gardens with frontage to Canterbury Road.

Project Scope

  • Renovation of the old school house hall with larger spaces and additional smaller meeting rooms, appropriate heating and cooling, renovated bathrooms, and disability access.
  • Renovation of the war memorial hall to provide additional seating capacity, appropriate heating/cooling, renovated bathrooms and kitchen. All weather pathway connecting the two halls to create seamless foot traffic flow between the two areas
  • Refurbished lawn area between the two halls to provide landscaped area for use by kids to play as well as seating for older community members
  • Landscaped area on Canterbury Rd frontage with attractive, low maintenance gardens, child proof gates and improved pathway access to the main site.
