About the Project
The Local Traffic Program Project is an investment into the liveability of Canterbury-Bankstown City. Delivering over 6km of priority pedestrian infrastructure and 10 traffic management devices across 45 locations, the work will increase pedestrian safety and complete missing links to schools, public transport, open space, shops and employment centres.
Project Scope
- Over 6km of high-quality footpath in 35 priority locations
- Traffic calming and control devices at key locations, intersections, and roundabouts.
- A more efficient and effective pedestrian and local traffic network to serve the transport, recreation, health and community needs of local residents.
