This form is to raise an issue, provide a compliment, feedback, or make a complaint regarding Adult and Community Education Providers, Smart and Skilled, Apprenticeships and Traineeships, and NSW Training awards. Your complaint will be assigned to a case manager within two business days.
All registered training organisations (RTO) are required to have processes to protect consumers and handle complaints.
If you have a complaint about a NSW VET Training Provider, the first step is to lodge a complaint through your provider's process and channel.
