Training services has chosen Salesforce as the core CRM platform for contract management and performance monitoring of funded programs, improving outcomes for students, support organisations and providers.
Who will use Salesforce?
Teams in Regional VET Pathways, Workforce Development and Customer Service managing these programs will use Salesforce. Key external partners, such as our Support Organisations, will also use Salesforce.
Regional VET Pathways
RVP enabled through Salesforce provides an easy-to-use, traceable single solution which replaces siloed spreadsheets and email communications and ensures data accuracy.
We have covered every phase of the journey from enrolment, developing career transition plans, finding and successfully completing engagements, meeting milestones and efficiently claiming payments.
Training Services Regional Offices
Training Services Regional Offices provide localised assistance to businesses across NSW to help retrain or upskill staff, or to find trained staff to fill roles which have specific skill requirements.
Workforce Development
Training Services Workforce Development teams need tools to assist employer organisations develop customised plans and projects with visible action items and up-to-date data.
Salesforce provides a single, consistent system with electronic templates and data which is traceable and auditable.
