About NESA Learning
NESA Learning is a Learning Management System for professional development and training of:
- NSW Accredited Teachers
- examination officers
- HSC markers
- NESA staff.
Courses will be added to the Learning Management System in phases.
How to access NESA Learning
To log in to NESA Learning you will need to select your user type:
- Accredited NSW teachers – log in with the same details as your eTAMS account.
- NESA staff – log in with your NESA email address and standard sign-on password.
- Other users – log in with the details NESA has provided to you.
What's included on NESA Learning
Teachers and school leaders can find professional development courses on key topics and for different stages of their career, including:
- professional learning on revised syllabuses as part of the NSW Curriculum Reform
- annual training courses for those who are part of the HSC development process
- HSC marking support packs
- courses for teachers to gain higher levels of accreditation
- eLearning refresher modules for NAPLAN activities, such as:
- Practice test and NAPLAN Online
- School readiness
- Platform readiness
- training for presiding officers
- Schools Online
- Students Online.
Professional learning hours
Individual courses on NESA Learning specify if you can accredit professional learning hours as a teacher.
Where professional learning hours are available, those hours will be reflected in your eTAMS profile within 30 days of course completion.
