The learning to teach primary mathematics report investigates the finding of a review of how primary mathematics is taught in NSW.
The review examines the content of programs that prepare graduates to teach the K to 6 component of the NSW Mathematics K to 10 Syllabus for the Australian Curriculum. It makes suggestions for areas where initial teacher education programs may be further developed and improved, including providing individual feedback to each provider.
