8. Right to review certain decisions
A provider may apply, within 28 days of notification, to NESA for an internal review of its decision to refuse, failure to accredit, or to suspend or revoke a program’s accreditation.

After the internal review is finalised, the provider may have the decision reviewed by the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
8.1 Review by the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)
If a provider wishes to appeal an internal review decision for a matter covered under Section 27 of the TA Act, an application must be filed with NCAT within 28 calendar days of the date of notification by NESA of the internal review decision.
