About NESA's complaint policy
The complaint handling policy and process provides guidance to members of the public who wish to make a complaint about NESA, and to NESA staff about how to handle these complaints.

You can also make a complaint by downloading the complaint form (DOCX 28.13KB) and emailing it to complaints@nesa.nsw.edu.au.
For complaints about government schools, please contact the NSW Department of Education. For complaints about non-government schools, refer to further information on NESA’s website about raising concerns.
