Students can learn skills to overcome and get help to manage negativity online.

Students can empower themselves by learning how to establish skills to self-manage their digital lives.

Years 5-6 students will learn to:

  • define cyberbullying and consider the role of upstanders
  • explore ways to protect their privacy and personal data
  • uncover how easy it can be to overshare online
  • consider the responsibilities of online citizens, including cyber laws
  • discuss how and where to seek help and report online abuse.
