How you can pay your fine

A support person can pay your fine for you

You or someone close to you can pay your fine.

Finding a form online for someone else to pay your fine for you

You will need to fill out a form to let someone pay your fine.

You can find this form on the Authority to Act page of the Revenue NSW website.

This number is at the:

  • top of your fine
  • bottom of the ‘How to pay’ section.

If your fine is from not following the law about driving, you will need to call Service NSW after you pay your fine.

They will tell you when you can drive.

BPAY is a way you can pay someone online from your bank account.

You will need to include your fine reference number in your letter.

Pay your fine for your company

Paying a fine online for a business

If you’re a company, you can pay your fine online.

You can pay your fine on the myPenalty page on the Revenue NSW website.

Late fines can be paid online

You can also pay a late fine on the myEnforcement Order on the Revenue NSW website.
