How to register a plate content complaint
This page details how to submit a complaint about a NSW number plate you find offensive.
If you have seen a NSW number plate which you find offensive, we appreciate your right to submit a complaint. We are committed to resolving plate content complaints appropriately and within a timely manner.
There are a number of ways you can submit a plate content complaint including:
- complete an online application
- emailing contactus@myplates.com.au
- Calling the myPlates customer service team +61 2 9433 1600 from 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
If possible, please provide relevant background information in your complaint submission which may give additional context as to why you feel this plate content is offensive.
