This guide aims to provide magistrates, legal practitioners and police prosecutors with clear and practical information on the Sober Driver Program.

The program is a 20-hour therapeutic group program that specialises in changing the attitudes and behaviours of repeat and high risk drink drive offenders.

Funded by Transport for NSW, the program is delivered by Corrective Services NSW for eligible drink drive offenders subject to supervised sentences.
