Inquiry into Greyhound Racing NSW

The NSW Government released the Report of the Inquiry into Greyhound Racing NSW, together with its response to the Report, on 9 December 2025.

The Inquiry, led by the Hon. Lea Drake as an Acting Commissioner of the Greyhound Welfare and Integrity Commission, was conducted under Part 8 of the Greyhound Racing Act 2017.

This response outlines the actions the NSW Government is committed to as part of its reform agenda to address the Report’s findings and recommendations.
