About our service
Central Intake receives and processes referrals for community health and non-admitted care services across Southern NSW LHD. We can help you connect to the most appropriate services to meet your needs. Call us on 1800 999 880 (free call, operates 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday).
Central Intake does not process referrals for these services:
- Mental Health — contact the Access Mental Health Hotline on 1800 011 511 for assistance
- Alcohol and other drugs — contact 1800 809 423 for assistance
- My Aged Care — contact 1800 200 422 for assistance
- Dental (oral) health services — contact 1800 450 046 for assistance.

Some Community Health services need certain information about your health before your appointment. This might include a referral from your GP or other health professional. Our Central Intake team can advise what information you will need.

To follow up on a referral, or to book an appointment, call 1800 999 880 and listen carefully to instructions to be connected with Community Health and non-admitted care services in Southern NSW Local Health District. You'll be asked to select your region from the list below.
Coastal region
- Bega Valley (South East Regional Hospital, Pambula, Eden)
- Eurobodalla (Batemans Bay, Moruya, Narooma)
Inland region
- Snowy Mountains (Cooma, Jindabyne, Bombala)
- Southern Tablelands (Goulburn, Crookwell, Yass)
- Queanbeyan (Queanbeyan, Braidwood).
