Protocols – exercise of powers and functions under the NSW Reconstruction Authority Act 2022

The Protocols guide how the NSW Reconstruction Authority exercises its powers and associated functions under the NSW Reconstruction Authority Act 2022 and NSW Reconstruction Authority Regulation 2023. The Authority will ensure its powers are exercised to achieve the primary object of the Act, and in a manner that is cooperative, transparent and minimises associated risks.
