We offer a community-based nursing service to support the community of Nelson Bay and the surrounding district. Our services include palliative care outreach, allied health, community nursing, a foot care clinic, mental health and counselling support. We also offer continence assessment and falls prevention programs.
Our goal is to meet the health needs of the Nelson Bay and wider Port Stephens community.

Location
Nelson Bay is the largest town in Port Stephens and the CBD of the Tomaree Peninsula. It's a popular tourist precinct with a thriving marina, particularly known for dolphin and whale watching.
