Specialist community service includes assessment and support for people experiencing severe or complex mental health issues and/or drug and alcohol dependencies.

Our services

We work closely with local GPs, community organisations and other health and social services to support you to improve and maintain your health. We service the surrounding areas of Moama, Cummeragunja, Mathoura, Jerilderie, Hay, Barham, Moulamein, Tooleybuc, Tocumwal, Berrigan and Finley.
