We provide outpatient physiotherapy services, including hydrotherapy, to people with a range of conditions, including chronic disease management, breathing issues, cardiac rehab and arthritis.
Referral information
Patients will need a referral from their doctor or GP (general practitioner) including details of their patient history, current medications and symptoms.

This clinic is open from Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
